2. Test Proctoring

   The Blue Earth County offers test proctoring. This service is based on the availability of library staff, facilities, hours of operation and technology to do so. 

   Complete and submit this form and Library staff will reach out to schedule your test time.

4. Guidelines:
   •  Proctoring of exams is done by appointment only. 
   • Students shall make arrangements for proctoring of the exam at least 1 week in advance.  
   •  A nonrefundable fee of $15 is due at the time of scheduling and payable in cash, check or credit card.  
   • Our facilities and technology is limited. List specific requirements in Comments Section below. 
   • Individuals should be prepared to show a photo ID.

    1. I understand that the test must be completed within the 120-minute time allotment.
    2. I understand it is my responsibility to make all arrangements with my academic institution and testing materials must be received by the library by 5pm the Monday before the test.
    3. I understand a $15 fee is required to secure a proctoring slot and that this fee is nonrefundable.
    4. I understand that Blue Earth County Library System has the right to refuse proctoring.
