Exciting & Educational Activities

Sign-up for the Blue Earth County Libraries' Summer Reading Program 2013, "Dig into Reading," begins on June 3.
Children ages 0 to 17 can earn prizes for time spent reading, or being read to, and enjoy fun, educational programs. These programs are listed in detail on our website calendar.
Brand-new programs this year include "Boogie in the Barnyard" with John Duggleby; a Betsy-Tacy Tea Party; Wally the One-Eyed Robotic Puppet; a Fur Trade Historical Experience with Arn Kind and Professor Marvel's Amazing Archeological Adventure.
Past favorites will also return in 2013, such as the Minnesota Zoomobile; the U of M's Raptor Center; the Reptile and Amphibian Discovery Zoo; Jason the Juggler and many more.
