Maker Mondays at the Library!

maker monday 2

Join us as we kick-off our new "Maker Mondays" series every Monday at the library:

December 16 from 6pm - 7pm: Playdough Play. Hugely creative, manipulative and so exciting for creative minds. Come and play! We will supply all kinds of Playdough and tools to make endless creations. Anyone can attend; no registration is required. Space is limited.

January 6 from 6pm - 7pm: Kawaii Craft Project. All things cute and adorable! Kawaii, born in Japan, is the culture of cuteness and its influence is everywhere in toys, clothes, games, etc. Join us in celebrating Kawaii and making some adorable crafts. Recommended for tweens and teens; no cost or registration.

January 13 from 6pm - 7pm: ARTifact Snowman Mug. Who doesn't love a toasty cup of cocoa? Even better in an adorable snowman mug? ARTifact will help us create one-of-a-kind mugs that participants can take home. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult; no cost. Registration required beginning January 2nd.

January 27 from 5pm - 6:30pm: Bookmark Contest Work Session. Help the Blue Earth County Library celebrate reading and have some fun by designing a bookmark! Artist Lisa Bierer will be here with advice and ideas for design, and we'll have plenty of supplies available for you to use.

Please call 304 - 4002 for more information.
